“Memories of the Fleeting” was a labor of love. Through spinning, dyeing, and knitting the sweater, I was able to maintain some of the summer memories that were fleeting. I did this by taking the dye of certain flowers and plants and naturally dyeing individual skeins of yarn. The interaction with nature is the most important part of this piece.
