This abstract top was knit the spring I was living in Barcelona. I was so memorized by the clear blue water and how it provided energy for everyone living in the city. The abstract sand is knit with cotton thread found at a store in the historic part of Barcelona, while the sea is in blue wool I got second hand. The added texture of the top symbolizes how unpredictable nature can be, but how that makes it all the more beautiful.
